Consumer51 announces two new additions to its executive leadership team.

Julia Langan will join the team as Director of People and Culture, and Timothy Carvalho will take the reins of the company's creative execution.

Julia brings 15+ years of Human Resources experience in varied disciplines. Prior to joining Consumer51, Julia was an HR Advisor for The O’Connor Group, where she worked with various clients, including Consumer51 to evolve their HR infrastructure. Before the O’Connor Group, she was the Assistant Director of Human Resources for the New York Yankees. While working with the Yankees, Julia handled the entire employee experience, from recruiting and onboarding to exiting employees and everything the team needed in between. Julia has a BA from Pace University in Applied Psychology and Human Relations with a minor in Law. Julia shared, "I am excited to get started working with the team in a full-time capacity and expand upon our already vibrant culture."

Timothy Carvalho joined Consumer51 earlier in the year and will be leading the company's award-winning design team, helping to shape the creative vision and elevate the excellence of all creative services we provide. He is a creatively driven strategic brand storyteller with 20+ years of experience creating award-winning work. Tim earned an MFA in Advertising and an MA In Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD), the premier University for design education. Prior to joining Consumer51, Tim was creating and leading work for Google, Disney, and various other clients across a diverse range of industries. In addition, Tim recently served as a Professor at SCAD teaching Advertising, Branding, UX/UI Design, Typography, and Creative Technology. He is passionate about crafting work around consumer needs and insights that meet client objectives and solve brand challenges.

Discussing the two hires, Ari Banerjee, CEO of Consumer51, said, "Our people are the reason we succeed in the marketplace. Every member of the Consumer51 team brings deep talent and the trademark empathy that makes us the company we are. Julia will serve on the leadership team along with our other servant leaders to help the people in our company realize their personal and professional goals. Tim will be in charge of our creative execution helping our clients distinguish themselves in today's competitive world."

The Consumer51 team received ADDY and Communicator Awards in 2022 as it helped its clients realize new digital products, marketing campaigns, and operational efficiencies.

The Hubspot Platinum-Partner agency invested a significant amount of resources and time in helping clients modernize their digital infrastructure with Hubspot and other digital integrations. "Looking at 2023 and beyond, we see the demand for digital transformation growing. Right after the pandemic, there was a huge wave of demand, and for any companies that didn't jump on this first wave, 2023 may provide a second chance to get on the digital bandwagon," added Ari Banerjee.

Consumer51 plans to expand globally in 2023 to support the expansion of the company's portfolio of growing international brands.
