King of Prussia, PA: Consumer51, an international consumer-experience company with business operations in Pennsylvania and Indiana, developed an artist management software prototype for their client MPAL, headquartered in Tel Aviv.  International music manager and MPAL founder, Brian Dubb, commissioned the platform in July.

“MPAL is going to put more of the management back into the hands of the artist, where it belongs. I want to help artists succeed on their own terms — and so often what keeps an artist from succeeding is not a lack of talent, but the lack of a plan, and simply not knowing where to focus each day to realize their goals. MPAL solves these problems by strategic guidance with AI, smart project management tools and providing mentorship through our video platform,” said Dubb.

"We really believe in Brian’s vision and had so much fun bringing the MPAL platform to life” said James Alexander, Creative Director of Consumer51. “As with everything, our guiding principle was asking what our audience, in this case musicians, would want in a platform. Above all else we wanted the platform to be simple, fun, and something musicians are going to enjoy using. I think our prototype has accomplished that.”

“We’re excited about MPAL’s future and a long term partnership,” said Ari Banerjee, CEO of Consumer51. “The idea of helping artists maintain more control and realize their dreams is very much in the spirit of what Consumer51 is all about.”

MPAL is currently pursuing seed funding to develop and launch a beta version of their platform for independent music artists and their managers.
